Ashley England originally designed this associate program because she was receiving constant inquiries from brand new stylists. Although Ashley has built out new stylists in the past, there wasn't a clear laid out, structured plan that new stylists could reference if needed. Searching for a program with more structure, she discovered that there wasn't anything available without designing it herself.
Many salon owners & stylists behind the chair are busy; they don't know what they want or need in a structured program beyond just hands on learning.
That's where this program comes into play.
Although this program will not provide you with the exact step by step instructions, it will give you a guide to train successful stylists.
